Gavi assigns one seat on its Board to a developing country pharmaceutical industry

The developing country pharmaceutical industry seat on the Gavi Board is currently held by Serum Institute of India Ltd and PT Bio Farma, members of the Developing Countries Vaccine Manufacturing Network

Nominations process  

The selection process is fully managed by the Developing Country Vaccine Manufacturers Network (DCVMN), a voluntary alliance of state-owned and private companies, which submits its candidates to the Governance Committee. Currently, the Board member and alternate are from different companies.
