"The single best reason for working at Gavi is that I can feel going home after a day’s work that I’ve done my best to help save many, many lives."

My name is Aurelia Nguyen.

The working environment here is fast-paced, things tend to move very quickly and you have to be prepared to challenge and be challenged every single day. Gavi is still a relatively young organization and therefore it keeps changing and keeps challenging itself in new ways but also at an individual level, making sure we challenge the way that we work.

Being part of the Gavi mission is what I think, gets a lot of people out of bed in the morning. The toughest part of the job is making sure that the whole is bigger than the sum of the parts.

Though I’m half French and half Vietnamese and I’ve lived across a number of countries in my adult life. Gavi is an environment that promotes diverse cultures and for those that are interested in learning about many, many different cultures and who feel that they have something from their personal richness to contribute, then it’s a very welcoming place.

The single best reason for working at Gavi is that I can feel going home after a day’s work that I’ve done my best to help save many, many lives.
