This document summarises the 2015 baselines and 2020 targets for each of the Board-approved indicators tracking the Vaccine Alliance’s progress against the 2016-2020 Strategy. Future updates will include annual indicator values and yearly targets as needed to show progress.

In July 2013 the GAVI Alliance held a public consultation to seek feedback from global and country stakeholders on a list of supply chain challenges and an emerging strategy framework to address those challenges. The consultation helped us map out and prioritise the activities needed to help strengthen immunization supply chain practices.

The working group met in Washington DC to review the methodology and outcomes of the analyses performed as part of the Vaccine Investment Strategy project and to provide guidance and feedback to the Secretariat on a recommendation for the GAVI Board.
