Cold Chain Equipment Maintenance Services and Marketplace Feasibility Study - Complete Study Modules
This study explores different cold chain equipment (CCE) maintenance models from both public and private sectors in sub-Saharan Africa, in particular landscaping current capabilities that exist in DRC, Kenya, and Malawi. The study explores opportunities where markets need to be further developed so private sector partners can be better leveraged in strengthening CCE maintenance and management. Market failures and generic market shaping strategies are identified. For operational support, a CCE Costing Model Framework and CCE Equipment Maintenance Guide highlighting best practices from the private sector are included.
This study is separated into 5 modules: Executive Summary, Case Studies for Marketplace analysis, Country Landscapes, CCE Costing Model, and Maintenance Guidelines.
