  • Over 5,000 government leaders, policymakers, healthcare professionals, NGOs & corporate leaders are gathering in Kuala Lumpur from 28-30 May for Women Deliver 2013 -- one of the largest conferences ever on women’s health & empowerment. Their objective: a global platform to ensure the health and rights of girls and women.

    The first-ever Global Forum on Cervical Cancer Prevention will also be held on 27 May to build support for the uptake of vaccines against human papillomavirus – the leading cause of cervical cancer, as well as screening tools and cervical cancer prevention and treatment programmes.
