Dicta Asiimwe

Dicta Asiimwe is a freelance journalist based in Uganda, whose byline has appeared in several publications including The Independent Magazine, The EastAfrican Newspaper and Daily Monitor, where she briefly edited the weekend magazines. She has won awards for her work reporting on infrastructure, politics, education, health and disaster risk reduction.
