This project seeks a partner to provide comprehensive production support via a managed global roster of professional filmmakers and photographers. The objective is to facilitate end-to-end content capture across international locations (focus on Africa and Asia) with rapid turnaround capabilities. We require a centralized solution to simplify crew sourcing and field production, ensuring high-quality, locally-led storytelling on short notice.

Gavi relies upon its Independent Review Committee (IRC), an independent and impartial group of experts, to guarantee the integrity and consistency of an open and transparent funding process. Through this RFQ, Gavi seeks to appoint the next IRC Chair. The Chair will lead IRC deliberations and decision-making, facilitate constructive challenge to reach consensus, ensure the quality and consistency of IRC outputs (including sign-off of the final IRC country reports), and represent the Committee across Gavi governance fora.
