Each step of the application process will dig a little deeper into your motivation, competencies, technical skills and experience. It is designed to give you a full understanding of the role you apply for, identify the most suitable candidate for the job and ensure a fair and transparent application process.
1 - CV Application
Submit your CV and cover letter through our career website.
2 - Sonru video
Online video screening asking about technical experience and motivation.
3 - Written exercise
Assesses relevant skills for the role as well as writing skills.
4 - Panel interviews
Consists of panel members including the hiring manager and recruiter. Assesses motivation, culture fit, technical skills and Gavi competencies.
5 - Final rounds
A series of one-on-one or two-on-one interviews with hiring manager, recruiter and various key stakeholders.
6 - References
Three in-depth references, involving at least 2 supervisors. For Head roles or above, a current/former direct report is included.
7 - Offer stage
The recruitment manager informs the selected candidate via phone on the outcome of his/her application.
