Abdoulaye Sabre Fadoul was appointed Minister of Public Health and National Solidarity on 14 July 2020. He is a graduate of the Saint Cyr Special Military School, and of the Saumur Blind Weapon and Cavalry Application School. He holds a doctorate in public law from the University of Paris-V-René-Descartes in France where he taught from 2003 to 2009. In 2017, he was appointed to the post of Minister of Finance and Budget.
Over the past decade, Dr Fadoul has accumulated a wealth of professional experience at the ministerial level in Chad, including within the Ministries of Government Responsible for Relations with the National Assembly and Reforms; Government; Posts and Telecommunications; Justice and State Control; and Justice.
