Iin Susanti
Director Human Capital, PT BioFarma DCVMN Board Chair (2026–2028)
Ms Iin Susanti has served for more than 30 years in Bio Farma, joining Bio Farma in 1991. Throughout her career, she has held numerous positions in vaccine development, manufacture, quality control, quality assurance, business development and corporate transformation.
She was formerly assigned as Productions and Supply Chain Director, and is currently Director of Human Capital at Bio Farma.
Ms Susanti has a background in pharmacy and holds a master’s degree in Operations Management. These educational backgrounds complement her expertise in the vaccine industry.
With vast exposure to the vaccine ecosystem, Ms Susanti has been known to be collaborative and has actively engaged with numerous international organisations such as World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF and the Gates Foundation.
She was elected as a Board Chair at DCVMN for period of 2026–2028. She is also actively engaged at ISPE Indonesia and has been vice president since 2023.
