Deputy President-Director, Biofarma, Indonesia
Soleh Ayubi is the Deputy President-Director of Biofarma, where he has transformed the company through the digitalisation of end-to-end value chains. He is currently responsible for all initiatives of R&D, production & supply chain, global sales, business development, digital, and corporate action and transformation.
Prior to joining Biofarma in 2020, Mr Ayubi had 12 years of extensive experience in healthcare with Novo Nordisk (Seattle, USA) as Director of Digital Therapeutics and Data Science (2019-2020); UnitedHealth Group (Boston, USA) as Director of Innovation, Research, and Development (2017-2019); and Boston Children’s Hospital (Boston, USA) as Technical Innovation Manager (2013-2016).
He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from Bandung Institute of Technology and a PhD in Health & Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.
