Presentation on immunisation in Asia-Pacific, including support for pentavalent, pneumococcal, measles and rubella, HPV, Japanese encephalitis, hepatitis B and inactivated polio vaccines, the growing number of manufacturers of Gavi-funded vaccines based in the region, and the increasing co-financing contributions by countries. Despite this progress, challenges remain: almost half of the world’s under-immunised children are in Gavi-supported countries in Asia-Pacific.
