Since its founding in 2006, CODE (RED) has generated nearly US$ 700 million for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. This financial support has helped more than 220 million people and contributed to building strong and sustainable health systems in the lowest-income parts of the world.

In response to the wide-ranging impact of COVID-19 on health systems, (RED) – for a limited campaign called CODE (RED) – supported both the Global Fund and Gavi. Contributions channelled through Gavi funded the Gavi COVAX AMC, enabling access to safe and effective COVID-19 vaccines to protect vulnerable populations.
