Finland’s support for Gavi began in 2020 and has since committed a total of €4.5 million (US$ 5 million) through direct financial contributions towards Gavi’s programmes. Finland’s support reflects its strong commitment to global health security, equitable access to vaccines and strengthening health systems in lower-income countries.

Finland committed €17 million (US$ 19 million) to the Gavi COVAX AMC.
