In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Liechtenstein became a donor to the Gavi COVAX AMC in 2021, with a first contribution of 100,000 Swiss francs. Following additional pledges in late 2021 and 2022, Liechtenstein’s total contribution to the Gavi COVAX AMC was 600,000 Swiss francs (US$$ 650,000).
