The goal of the AMC baseline study was to establish the environment prior to the AMC with baseline estimates for a selection of indicators related to the objectives of the AMC and to model counterfactual scenarios to ascertain the potential impact of the AMC vis-a-vis traditional financial and procurement strategies.
The monitoring and evaluability study for the GAVI Support to CSOs and related monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plan are intended to guide the development of a sound and practical approach for measuring the progress and effectiveness of the GAVI Support CSOs, both Component A and Component B.
The overarching objective of this evaluability study is to present an actionable monitoring and evaluation framework and plan for GAVI health system strengthening support.
